The PU-USB-AL-KIT Transceiver is a point-to-point signal extender for USB 2.0, LAN and Analogue Audio over CAT6/7 cables. Ideal for extending USB peripherals from the table in a conference room to wider video conferencing systems such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business.
The solution is comprised of two PU-USB-AL units connected via CAT6/7 which may be extended up to 100m (330 feet). Bi-directional PoC (power over cable) is supported enabling either side of the system to provide power, perfect for managing power requirements within an installation.
Typically a system can support one USB host and up to 6 USB devices (3 on the transmitter side, and 3 on the receiver side). The USB host is automatically located by the device, alternatively, this can be selected via the front panel buttons.

- 1 × USB 2.0 host and 3 × USB 2.0 device ports
- 2 × 100BaseT LAN ports with switching hub functionality
- 2 × 3.5mm stereo audio ports (1 input, 1 output)
- HDBaseT feature support: Stereo Audio, 100BaseT Ethernet, and PoC (bi-directional)
- Supports transmission distances of up to 100m over a single Cat.6A, or better cable
- Supports USB host connection auto detection
- All USB device ports on both the transmitting unit and receiving unit are active simultaneously, allowing for the connection of up to 6 USB
- 2.0 devices to a single host
- Supplies up to 1A to each USB port
- Unit can be powered directly, or via PoC from a compatible HDBaseT unit
- When powered by a local power supply, the unit can provide power to a compatible HDBaseT unit via PoC
- USB host selection is controllable via a front panel button
